Neil Marshall to Begin Shooting "Doomsday"
September 21, 2006 -- Neil Marshall is set to begin shooting his follow-up to his hit "The Descent": It's called "Doomsday" and it's about the end of the world. Details about the film are scarce. The film is reportedly a futuristic action thriller where a team of people work to prevent a disaster threatening the future of the human race. Last year, Rogue Pictures Andrew Rona described it like this: "It's in the vein of 'Mad Max,' set in the near future, when the world has become a very intense place to live. A disaster threatens the future of mankind, and a team of people have to stop it."
