'Child's Play' Remake

October 20, 2007 Don Kirschner told STYD that a remake of the classic 1988 horror film "Child's Play" is in the works and it promises to be more terrifying than the original.

"The next one we’re going to do is we’re going back and remaking the first one and even pushing it further and making a very terrifying version of the first one, which is pretty scary as it is."

The original of course doesn't need a remake. But the success of "Halloween" means they gotta make a remake.

"It’s kind of commerce to keep the franchise going, and another reason to go see it."
