'Paranormal Activity' to Hit Screens in Two Weeks

September 11, 2009 Paramount has announced via Twitter that the awesome mockumentary horror film "Paranormal Activity" (read our advance review here) is now going to hit theaters on September 25.

Which theaters? That isn't clear to us yet. But it apparently will be in theaters. This is an awesome film that Paramount was originally going to remake. Now, they've made the wise decision not to remake something that is already perfect and simply release it as is.
