February 19, 2008 Some quick news bits on "The Cottage", "Autumn" and new urban anthology horror film "Shady Talez."

Check out the official site for UK horror/comedy "The Cottage" here. The movie hits U.S. DVD shelves April 29 but hits UK theaters March 14. The film co-stars Doug Bradley of "Hellraiser" fame.

Variety reports that urban label DJ Classicz is developing "Shady Talez" for Paramount Pictures. The anthology horror film contains three stories that pay homage to classic horror films in a hip-hop style.

Launching this week is the official site of "Autumn," a Canadian-produced zombie film that sounds a bit like "Diary of the Dead," "Dawn of the Dead," "Day of the Dead" ... you get the picture. The site will launch this week here. Directed by Steven Rumbelow, the film will feature David Carradine.
