February 29, 2008 Presenting "Shutter," "Ruins," "Shelter" and "Descent 2" news bites.

MTV news posted a new clip for "Shutter," the U.S. remake that is hitting screens March 21. Check it out here. ... Stuart Gordon's non-horror film "Stuck" will be released May 30 in limited theaters. The film is based on the true story of a woman who kept a half-dead man stuck in her windshield for about a day after she hit him in her car. Sort of a hit-and-run run amok. The film stars Mena Suvari.

James Watkins, who penned "My Little Eye," has reportedly written a sequel to "The Descent" and Pathe is shopping it around. ... Finally, here's a fourth poster for "The Ruins" -- the international poster -- and probably the best yet. It came from IMPAwards.
