'Timecrimes' Remake Gets a Writer   

April 14, 2008 Timothy Sexton has been hired by United Artists to pen a horror movie/sci-fi remake to Nacho Vigalondo's Spanish film "Timecrimes," according to the Hollywood Reporter.

"Timecrimes" is one of the most well-received film festival movies of last year, blending elements of both horror and sci-fi. Sexton penned "Children of Men," the Clive Owen sci-fi film.
