Helter Skelter Murders (1971)
Directed by Frank Howard

Starring Brian Klinknett Debbie Duff Erica Bigelow Linda Van Compernolle Paula Shannon

Weak, atrociously dated black-and-white exploitation film cranked out quickly to cash in on all the publicity on the Manson Family murders that took place in southern California. Originally released as "Other Side of Madness," it was banned in Los Angeles for a time, only generating it plenty of undeserved attention.

Two songs written by Charles Manson are on the soundtrack. Lame stuff. Skip it. For a genuinely terrifying film on the Manson murders, find the out-of-print documentary "Manson."
